The National Assoc. of Realtors recently issued its forcast stating that the existing home sales should begin to pick up by the end of this year to the beginning of next year. They also stated that the turnaround in new home sales will overshadow the resales market by mid 2008.
The turnaround will be welcome expecially with news like we had today that the new home application for permits was down substantially.
