Comments on the Boca Raton Real Estate Market:
The real estate market in the South Palm Beach area has remained sluggish over the last several months. Since October of 2005 when hurricane Wilma hit the market has made
an immediate change. We enjoyed a great market since October of 2000 when the
appraisals on deals where coming in higher than the contracts that where negotiated.
Now the situation many times is just the opposite. The appraisals are coming in lower
than contracts.
